GRS are working with one of Malta’s leading renewable energy companies in order to find their newest addition to their Sales team. The team are looking for a Sales Consultant who is driven and ambitious to achieve their targets and goals. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work to achieve set targets on commercial sales
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations, reporting and administrative functions related to commercial installations.
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Responsible for tender applications
  • Responsible for all of the logistics, coordination, and organization of the company’s installations with regards to scheduling of appointments, liaising with clients, communicating with the involved government bodies, transport, delivery and installation of commercial PV systems
  • Provide technical support for the design and operations of the installation
  • Monitor and manage operations staff
  • Supervise operating personnel including subcontractors and consultants to ensure quality and conformance to specifications, budgets, schedule and corporate policies
  • Actively promotes a safety-minded working environment and safety programs consistent with company policies
  • Ensure fair implementation of complaint procedures. Tackles after-sales issues and schedules respective appointments with personnel and clientele
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Strong leadership / management / communication skills
  • Strong organizational / prioritizing skills
  • Ability to make significant independent judgments
  • Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Familiar with personal computers and their use for planning, budgeting, inventory control and database handling
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Maltese and English, both written and verbally, is a must
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Previous experience in similar posts will be considered an asset
