GRS Recruitment are working closely with a global brand who are searching for a Sales Director to report directly into the CEO from the Cyprus Office. This Company is in the Financial Technology Industry and is a leading independent operator of institutional execution venues for FX and crypto currency trading. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage Key Clients in conjunction with each stakeholder, under the direction and strategy setup by the Head of International Development.
  • Sell Eco system of products / solutions to all Existing & non existing Clients.
  • Facilitate the Account Opening Process, Account Setup Process and integration process with our multiple Exchanges Globally and Products
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Compliance/Onboarding & Customer Team to ensure maximum revenue from our existing clients and introduced clients.
  • Facilitate client reporting in terms of up / cross selling Products, assisting the Head of International Development and the International Development Team reaching their KPIs.
  • With each Sales People select 30-35 Key clients according to criteria defined by the Team and provide them with VIP treatment, Education / Products and account management, namely in terms of support, bespoke assistance and any other elements necessary to keep client satisfaction second to none.
  • With the Head of International Development implement the strategy for the different countries.
  • Be up to date and update Head of International Development on what is happening in different countries, regions.
  • Constantly review and monitor our Strategies and International Procedures so they are in line with the region’s requirement both on all levels Head of International Development.
  • To do forecasts and projections regarding Growth from existing clients and acquisition Partnership clients in target regions in conjunction with the Head of International Development.
  • Give Head of International Development KPI Projections and achievable goals / Targets for each region.
  • Analyse and assess KPI – Projections on a regular basis; Goal is to update our KPI’s once per quarter.
  • Be innovative and utilise services of other departments to assist with operational, Sales, Integration support for the different regions we enter.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
  • Proven track record of excellent result in CRM and taking care of retail and corporate clients.
  • Strong sales track record.
  • Experience in and strong presentation skills and talk in front of small and bigger groups of people.
  • Competent PC skills but no expertise required.
  • Think outside the box and work effectively within a multicultural environment and challenge environment.
  • Be very results driven.
  • Enthusiastic and professional individual with energy, entrepreneur drive combined with an ambition to really succeed.
  • Be self-motivated and independent.
  • At least one different language written, spoken fluently.
  • Global book of clients from working within the financial industry.
