This role will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in expanding the client portfolio and strengthening their market position.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, coaching, and motivation.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • KPI Management: Set and monitor clear KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment & Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard top sales talent while implementing training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead high-level negotiations and secure lucrative contracts to maximize revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO on sales performance, pipeline development, and strategic initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
  • Relevant certifications in sales, leadership, or business development are a plus.
  • Solid background experience in B2B sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
  • Experience in international markets, particularly in Europe and the Middle East, is a plus.
  • Sales Leadership: Strong track record in managing and growing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • KPI & Performance Management: Comfortable operating within a KPI-driven environment and implementing performance management frameworks.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Networking: A strong industry network and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes.
  • Organization & Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
