MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales management and communication to existing and potential customers for the presentation and promotion of the company's products.
- Participation or assistance to the manager for the correct completion of offers.
- Managing customer complaints, informing managers and finding solutions.
- CRM management.
- Adherence to internal procedures (completing Report of visits, travel request, order management.)
- Document archiving (offers, letters, Maintenance Contract Support.)
- Costing of machines and drafting of offers.
- Update company sales strategy and goals.
- Participation and / or consultation with customers for receipts.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of English & Greek languages
- Excellent knowledge of Computers
- Excellent communication skills

- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00 with 1h lunch
