MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Constantly strive for market development and increase of sales

Build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relationships with key investors and construction companies

Recognizing market trends, customer needs and consultative selling

Planning, organization and coordination of sales processes and project management supported by strong back-office and technical team

Recognizing customer demands and technical consulting
-
Establishment and development of excellent relations with architects and water & sewage designers
-
Active market development and increase of project specifications
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture

Experience on a similar position in international company would be considered an advantage
-
Experience on a similar position in international company would be considered an advantage

Existing client base would be considered as an advantage, ideally associated with the drainage systems or similar Sector

Proven sector-specific sales experience would be considered an advantage

Entrepreneurial and dynamic personality, oriented towards achieving results sustain- able growth

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Self-started and well organized person, willing to travel

Fluent in Greek and English languages

Previous experience or position in: Construction company, Specifiers, Technical Companies, Engineering consultants but would like the transition to sales. Knowledge of the construction process stages, from design-specification to final installation-construction phase
