On behalf of our client, a well-established and well-known real estate company, GRS are recruiting a Sales Executive to join the team in Paphos.   • Understand client requirements and suggest them solutions based on their needs
  • Perform market research and analysis
  • Find new sales opportunities i.e. new markets
  • Ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
  • Analyse sales strategies using marketing automation tools
  • Analyse feedback and create ways to better relations/communication with customers
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management of at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Strong passion for sales with an ambition to succeed
  • Professional corporate appearance and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and in another language like Russian/ Arabic/Chinese both verbal and written
  • A proven track record in sales of real estate market
  • Possess excellent communication skills (verbal + written), customer engagement and interpersonal skills and able to provide an excellent sales experience
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Computer literate
  • Possess a clean driving license
  • Dealing with prospective clients via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
  • Attractive remuneration package based on skills and experience
  • 13th Salary
