MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand client requirements and suggest them solutions based on their needs

Perform market research and analysis

Find new sales opportunities i.e. new markets

Ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner

Analyse sales strategies using marketing automation tools
-
Analyse feedback and create ways to better relations/communication with customers
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Experience in sales, business development, or account management of at least 3 years in a similar role
-
Strong passion for sales with an ambition to succeed
-
Professional corporate appearance and presentation skills
-
Fluency in English and in another language like Russian/ Arabic/Chinese both verbal and written
-
A proven track record in sales of real estate market
-
Possess excellent communication skills (verbal + written), customer engagement and interpersonal skills and able to provide an excellent sales experience

Strong negotiating skills
-
Able to work on your own initiative
-
Computer literate
-
Possess a clean driving license
-
Dealing with prospective clients via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
