The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, generating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned markets. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of marine lubricants and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify business opportunities and actively pursue new accounts and markets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders and deliveries.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, performance data to management and conduct frequent meetings.
  • Follow up on quotations sent.
  • Participate in meetings with principals for training and new product information, travel abroad, and attend industry exhibitions when required.
  • Ensure excellent after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in Business, Shipping, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the maritime lubricants sector.
  • Results oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and maintain long-term client engagement.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Greek is an advantage.
