A Family Office with offices in Cyprus, Latvia and Ukraine, is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Sales Manager for their new Real Estate/Development division in Limassol. The successful candidate must be a Russian/Ukrainian speaker with previous working experience in a Real Estate Sales position in Cyprus. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business development:

Conduct location and perspective area analysis for project developments throughout Cyprus, as well as in specific areas (Limassol, Paphos)

Preparation of well-grounded offers for future development projects on purchase of plots of land and buildings that require further reconstruction

Handing over purchased assets to project manager for further development.

Communication and interaction with the CEO and the Project Manager throughout all the stages.

Handling and preparing data, developing modules for analysis and reporting.
Sales:
-
Profound analytics of current real estate market by types and levels of property including regular monitoring of market fluctuations. Knowledge of competitive environment as well as key players on the market.

Preparation of strategy, structure and schedule of sales.

Determination of sale prices. Compilation of tables and price lists.

Handling of sales both villas and flats (around 80 flats and 15 villas). Conducting transactions with lawyers.

Organizing sales through Real Estate Agencies. Negotiating and concluding agency agreements.

Development of own sales department (in the future).

Creation of own concept of sales (Project viewing. Notification of clients on development progress. Re-design on request of the client, etc.)

Creating client data base. Existing database will be considered as advantage.
Marketing:

Promotion of the brand and projects in line with companies’ philosophy.

Advertising the projects

Communication with partners and clients, i.e. agreements with marketing agencies

Deal with promo-actions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in any other relevant field.

Previous working experience in Real Estate Sales in Cyprus.

Fluency in Russian/Ukrainian and English. Fluency in Greek will be considered an advantage.

Strong knowledge of European and Cyprus Laws and Regulations.

Holder of Driving License.

Critical thinking and profound attitude.
