GRS Recruitment is working on behalf of an established international development group seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Development Sales Manager for a new residential project located in Larnaca. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to take a leading role in the launch and sales of a large-scale residential development. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the development.

Drive presales campaigns and manage the sales pipeline from enquiry through to completion.

Monitor market demand, pricing trends, and competitor activity.

Oversee the setup and daily operation of the on-site marketing suite.
Buyer and Lead Management

Manage incoming enquiries and qualify potential buyers.

Conduct property presentations, viewings, and site visits.
-
Negotiate sales terms and convert qualified leads into reservations and completed transactions.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, reservations, and sales activity.
Marketing and Agent Coordination

Work closely with marketing teams to develop sales campaigns and promotional materials.

Build and maintain relationships with local and international real estate agents and brokers.

Represent the development at relevant promotional and networking events.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
3–5 years’ experience in property sales, ideally within new-build developments.
-
Proven ability to manage the property sales process from enquiry through to completion.

Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
-
Fluent English (Russian/Hebrew will be an advantage)

Experience dealing with international property buyers will be considered an advantage.

Knowledge of the Cyprus property market and conveyancing process is desirable.

Professional, organised and comfortable working in an on-site sales and marketing environment.

Ability to provide clear reporting to an international shareholder group.
