Our client a manufacturer of a wide range of soft drinks across Malta on behalf of world leader group introduced in the beverage industry, are working with  GRS to recruit a Sales Representative. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in marketing and sales strategies.    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible to visit all shops/doors as per visit plan on daily basis.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs
  • Assure that all shops/doors in the assigned route hold at all times the right quantity of products visibly displayed and positioned right
  • Be sure that all shops/doors within assigned route are having brands merchandising standards and requirement executed at all times, including cooler planograms.
  • Accountable to build and maintain good and trustful relationship with customer.
  • Responsible to ensure that all customer data are correct.
  • Perform any audits on regular or periodical level as requested by the company.
  • Secure customer orders through personal sales visits and resolve any telephone queries.
  • Continually prospect for and secure new customers
  • Check the status of debtors’ accounts daily collect pending credit.
  • Respond to dissatisfied customers with prompt resolution of any product or service problems that may occur.
  • Follow company’s procedure in terms of sales executed with clients
  • Recommend to the Territory Manager new product needs, merchandising and advertising requirements, and promotional strategies based on customer needs.
  • Monitor competitors’ activity in terms of deals, new products or packages launched, new equipment used and other information he considers meaningful.
  • Monitor on a daily basis all returned sales and undelivered sales and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Conduct all business transactions, and behave in a manner, that promotes the Company image and maintains customer satisfaction and goodwill.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  •   Holder a minimum of O’ Level education
  •   Previous experience as a sales representative or have a strong attitude or passion for sales development
  •   Excellent client service and communication skills
  •   Driving licence B
