DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing high-quality customer support via phone and email, ensuring client inquiries are managed efficiently and effectively
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and customer account management
  • Assisting with the processing of insurance and pension documentation
  • Updating and maintaining customer records accurately within the CRM system
  • Communicating insurance product details and policy information to clients
  • Collaborating with different departments to ensure client satisfaction and smooth workflow
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Insurance, Business Administration, Engineering, Business / Data Analytics or relevant fields.
  • Professional experience of 1 or 2 years in a similar company
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek languages
  • Interest in building a career in the insurance sector
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Sufficient knowledge of office management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail
