GRS are working in close partnership with a financial services company with offices in multiple locations around the world and are seeking to recruit a self-driven Salesforce Product Manager to join their newly established technology team in Limassol. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT teams to understand their challenges and deliver effective solutions integrating into Salesforce. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and maintain project roadmaps and execution plans based on project complexity, scope, team capacity, business needs, and potential

Guide the vision for the development and integration of the Salesforce platform into internal business and operational processes

Contribute to the business analysis and definition of functional and non-functional requirements and project scope in the form of Jira work items and Confluence documentation

Actively participate in troubleshooting and finding solutions to business-critical problems

Explain proposed solutions to project stakeholders by articulating phased delivery approach and strategy

Lead a team, drive CRM strategy and email marketing, and optimize campaigns

Possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University Degree in Marketing or Communications will be advantageous

Minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM, Salesforce Cloud/ Salesforce and Product Management ideally within the Forex, Trading, or any other related industry

Experience with Marketing Cloud will be advantageous

Experience in managing fast-paced and dynamic projects

Experience with Jira and Confluence, creating and maintaining project boards, roadmaps, execution plans, and project documentation

Excellent command of English language both written and verbal

Experience with a global company
