MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with management team
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
- Arrange meetings and attend if necessary
- Follow up with sales activities
- Any other duties as instructed by company management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous experience in a similar position could be considered an advantage
- University/College Degree
- Fluent in Greek and English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to understand and execute instructions
- Great Communication skills
