MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Engaging with clients and customers to ensure the organisation's technical and organisational controls meet needs and expectations

Supporting requests for audit and inspection and providing evidence to attest for the effectiveness of controls
-
Delivering cybersecurity awareness training
-
Developing and maintaining the repository of information security policies, standards and guidelines and overseeing their approval and publication
-
Developing and maintaining tools and services appropriate to the needs of a progressive, effective and evolving Security Operations Centre [SOC]
-
Contributing to the development of GRC services [Governance, Risk and Compliance] and the complimentary maintenance of KRIs [Key Risk Indicators]
-
Providing risk mitigation advice and directives for IT projects
-
Ensuring the availability of business systems and the confidentiality and integrity of data.

Supporting linked interests of industrial operations and its focus on maintaining the safety, reliability and productivity of equipment and plant.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Cyber Security or a related fieldWindows, Unix and Linux operating systems

Risk management and assessment procedures

Security attack pathologies

Cyber law and ethics

Network security and architecture
