GRS Recruitment are working with a reputable client based in Limassol and are current seeking Security Officer in Limassol. This role has a 24-hour rotational shift schedule (2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, 2 days off). You will be responsible for the safety and security of a corporate environment, including employees, customers, and company property. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Protect company assets, personnel, and premises to ensure overall safety and security
- Conduct security patrols throughout the premises
- Carry out both static and mobile patrols at assigned locations
- Monitor CCTV systems
- Inspect vehicles and individuals entering secured areas
- Maintain strict access control procedures, verifying entry of authorized personnel
- Operate basic security equipment to support security operations
- Respond promptly to alarms, suspicious activities, and emergency incidents
- Provide protection for employees and guests at corporate or private events
- Prepare incident reports and maintain daily security logs
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required
- Assist the Internal Security Department with security-related tasks as needed
- Perform ad hoc assignments for executive management with professionalism and discretion
- Carry out all duties as directed by the Supervisor
- Work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting
- Computer literacy
- Fluency in Greek and English; other languages are an advantage
- Good physical condition
- Driver’s license
- High commitment to delivering security services
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Calm and decisive under pressure
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Ability to take initiative
- Experience as a security officer in corporate or hospitality environments would be an advantage
- Experience in event protection, mobile patrol, or VIP escort would be an advantage
- Ability to work on rotating 24 hour shifts: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, 2 days off
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €26,000 - €35,100 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
