MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle of the Company

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Manage accounts payable and receivable
-
Perform and review bank reconciliations
-
Prepare and submit VAT/VIES returns and ensure compliance with statutory obligations

Oversee payroll and Social Insurance matters
-
Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
-
Monitor cash flow and support financial planning
-
Liaise with external auditors, banks, clients, and authorities
-
Ensure proper implementation and improvement of accounting procedures and controls
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
LCCI Higher in Accounting (minimum requirement) and/or Degree in Accounting or related field
-
3–5 years of experience in a similar role
-
Experience in the construction and/or property development industry will be considered an advantage
-
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
-
Experience with accounting software (e.g. ESOFT or similar)
-
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
-
English language will be considered a strong advantage
