MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for performing financial analysis and reporting to management as needed

Responsible for performing month-end accounting activities such as reconciliation and journal entries
-
Generate financial reports and statements to management for review
-
Maintain complete, accurate and up to date accounting records for insolvency estates
-
Perform bank, payroll, payables and receivable’s reconciliations
-
Preparation and submission of VAT report
-
Communicating with local authorities when needed
-
Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and requested documentation

Meet deadlines through high quality work
-
Perform administrative and any other duties upon assignment
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
If qualified ACA/ACCA, although not essential, would be preferred
-
Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience or 10 years practical experience in a similar position
-
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
-
Knowledge of Sage Line 50
-
Knowledge of Easysoft payroll system
-
Knowledge of Zygos will be considered an advantage
-
Strong knowledge of indirect tax (VAT)
-
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong organizational and leadership skills
-
Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team
