MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing payment, invoices, income, and receipts and entering date into accounting software or databased then filing hard copies

Handling daily bookkeeping process

Assisting staff with the posting of transactions and/or other reports requested by the management

Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

Any other accounting related tasks assigned by the management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or Business Administration
-
Previous working experience in a bookkeeping role
-
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
-
Strong organisational, analytical and data gathering skills
-
Ability to work independently and to work towards meeting deadlines
-
Strong attention to detail skills
