MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing affiliates.

Monitor affiliate performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for program optimization and recommend actionable strategies.

Ensure compliance with program guidelines, terms, and conditions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.

Provide affiliates with marketing materials, promotional offers, and support to maximize their performance.

Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.

Conduct regular communication and provide ongoing training to affiliates to enhance their understanding of the program and drive performance

Utilize sales skills to actively seek out new affiliate partnerships and expand the program's reach.

Identify potential affiliates through market research, networking, and industry events.

Present the program's value proposition and negotiate partnership agreements.

Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Analyze affiliate and program performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics and insights to senior management.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize affiliate strategies, identify new revenue streams, and drive continuous improvement.

Travel and Relationship Building:

Be willing to travel to meet with existing and potential affiliates, attend industry conferences, and build relationships face-to-face.

Represent the company and the affiliate program professionally at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or sales roles.

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and stakeholders.

Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for sales and a hunter mentality.

Willingness to travel for business purposes, as required.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
