GRS Recruitment are proud to partner with a well-established boutique law firm in Limassol, renowned for delivering bespoke legal solutions and a highly personalized service to its international and local clientele. With core strengths in corporate, commercial, real estate, and immigration law, the firm is now expanding its team and seeking to recruit a talented Senior Associate Lawyer (Real Estate & Commercial Law). This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious lawyer with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience who is eager to advance their career in a dynamic, client-focused practice. The successful candidate will enjoy significant exposure to high-value real estate transactions, commercial advisory work, and cross-border corporate matters, while working closely with senior lawyers and directly with clients.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, property development, and financing agreements.
  • Provide legal support and advice on commercial agreements such as joint ventures, service agreements, shareholder agreements, and partnerships.
  • Conduct and lead comprehensive legal due diligence on property acquisitions and corporate transactions, identifying risks and advising clients on mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering tailored legal advice and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Undertake advanced legal research on complex real estate, commercial, and regulatory issues, keeping abreast of relevant legislative and regulatory developments in Cyprus.
  • Advise and assist in the resolution of real estate and commercial disputes, including pre-litigation strategies and litigation support where required.
  • Prepare, review, and file legal documents with government and regulatory bodies, including the Land Registry, Registrar of Companies, and immigration authorities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University Degree in Law; postgraduate qualifications in Real Estate, Commercial, or Corporate Law will be considered an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Real Estate and/or Commercial Law gained in a reputable law firm.
  • Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken); Russian or another foreign language will be considered an asset.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Holder of a valid driving license.
