On behalf of our client, a reputable Audit firm, GRS are seeking to recruit a Senior Auditor to join their continuously expanding team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience as a Senior Auditor and will be involved in audit activities including reviewing financial statements. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct audit activities for a variety of clients mostly international

Assist in larger audits of a larger portfolio of local and International businesses

Review clients’ financial statements

Report to the directors about status, progress and completion of audits

VAT and VIES reporting and follow-up on the deadlines

Communication with clients in a timely and professional manner
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University graduate in Accounting, Economics, or related field
-
Must be in the process of pursuing a Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA)

Relevant sufficient audit experience
-
Good knowledge of IFRSs and ISAs
-
Good knowledge of Caseware International is a pre-requirement
-
Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both written and spoken

Excellent knowledge of MS office suite (Word and Excel)

Strong analytical, communication and technical skills
