GRS Recruitment is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Senior BI & Reporting Specialist to join a dynamic and regulated Forex company based in Limassol. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality Business Intelligence and reporting solutions, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organisation. Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you will design, develop and optimise data models, dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and accessibility of business-critical information within a fast-paced, highly regulated financial services environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports and KPI scorecards to support business decision-making.

Develop and optimise semantic models, DAX calculations and SQL queries to deliver accurate, high-quality reporting and analytics.

Design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT processes and data warehouse solutions using industry best practices.

Develop and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models, ensuring data integrity, governance and consistency.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, insights and opportunities that support strategic and operational objectives.

Ensure the accuracy, security and performance of reporting environments, including implementing best practices for data access and governance.

Maintain technical documentation, reporting standards and BI processes while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Business Intelligence solutions that enhance organisational reporting capabilities.Recommend BI improvements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
5+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting or Data Analytics.

Strong SQL skills with experience in querying, data analysis and performance optimisation.

Advanced experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modelling and dashboard development.

Proven experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes and data warehouse solutions.

Strong understanding of data modelling, data governance and reporting best practices.

Experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting and analytical solutions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
