This Brand are searching for a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join their growing team. For this position we are looking for a candidate that has specialist experience in Microsoft BI products preferably Power BI with a background of data and delivering data analysis and reporting projects. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop new functionality for existing and new data analytics to support the company’s reporting strategy.

To continuously enhance/maintain/adapt the data models to the changing business and operational requirements as well as with the introduction of new systems and processes.

To build & deliver capabilities that would enable the business to perform self-service around reporting, analytics and dashboarding.

Troubleshoot and correct issues with existing reports in the data warehouse environment

Identify new technologies or technological improvements to include in the application to improve usability, stability, and maintainability

Provide technical consultation to the business community customers/partners
-
Identify opportunities for advancement within the business intelligence team (i.e., developing documentation, software quality improvement, etc.) and outline and implement solutions

Strategically drive, manage and work with the global office, and Head of Departments to provide relevant, meaningful and actionable insights to several departments across the different global offices.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Must have the following skillsets:

Microsoft Power BI experience.

Data Visualization experience and best practices.
-
Data Analysis experience.
-
MS SQL Server experience (SSRS, SSIS, T-SQL).

Data Modelling using Microsoft SSAS cube experience with Tabular models.

Advanced DAX for data shaping and modelling.
-
Performance troubleshooting and tuning.
-
Streaming datasets.
-
Office 365 general knowledge.
