MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementation of financial and operating systems and controls for the whole group

Direct and oversee organizational financial activities including preparation of financial reports, cash management, insurance, audit, tax, legal, corporate documents, etc.

Developing and implantation of financial strategy

SOX processes and controls implementation
-
Participation in audit with Big 4
-
Reporting to UBOs and shareholder's reports

M&A deal financial and tax dd

Tax structure of the group and planning including CFC
-
Managing exists and sale of assets

Valuation of portfolio companies

Participate in leadership team meetings to provide summary of financial operations of the company and discuss strategic financial opportunities

Analyse and support efficient working capital management as well as control the investment budgets - Initiate and discuss measures to improve business performance with management

Plan and execute an efficient budget and forecast process in consideration of defined Group guidelines and standard
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Proven 8+ years’ experience as CFO/ Director of Finance

Proven experience in building financial systems and processes

Experience in corporate investment banking

Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines
-
Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
-
Open-minded and tech savvy, with hands-on attitude
-
Excellent communication skills
-
CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified
-
BSc/BA in Finance/Account or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
-
Excellent knowledge of English and Russian language
