Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Corporate Services company, is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Client Accountant to join their growing team in Limassol. This is a key role within the business, offering exposure to a diverse corporate client portfolio and close collaboration with international and local stakeholders. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES 
  • Oversee and review client accounting records and financial statements prepared by the junior accounting team
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of management accounts, statutory financial statements, and related reporting
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams (Dubai and Malta), local auditors, and clients
  • Identify and flag VAT, tax, transfer pricing, and other regulatory or accounting considerations impacting the client portfolio
  • Support and coordinate audit processes, including preparation of audit files and responding to auditor queries
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior team members where required
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with clients on accounting, financial, and regulatory matters
  • Work closely with the client services team to ensure a high standard of client delivery and compliance
  • Contribute to process improvements and best-practice development within the client accounting function
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a client accounting role within corporate services, professional services, or a similar environment
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to identify VAT, tax, transfer pricing, and related issues
  • Experience working with multi-jurisdictional teams and international client portfolios
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients, auditors, and senior internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and able to take ownership of a portfolio
