Our client is an international Multiple award-winning Trust and Corporate Service with bespoke services spanning across a variety of sectors such as Yachting, Aviation, eGaming, Fintech, Family Office, Trusts, Companies, and more now have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Client Administrator to join their friendly Malta team. This is a busy and diverse hands-on role where no day is like the other and you have direct contact with clients, team and third parties and full-circle responsibility. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage client requirements in a timely manner
  • Prepare minutes and statutory documents as required
  • Provide monthly and quarterly financial information for clients as required
  • Provide detailed analysis of client bank account movements and cards movements as required
  • Prepare and submit client bank account opening applications and credit card applications
  • Monitor client bank accounts to ensure they always carry sufficient funds
  • Monitor statutory filing deadlines and ensure that all deadlines are met (flag state renewal, insurance, annual return, tax return, audited accounts, etc)
  • Maintain all company’s statutory files and oversee set up of new client files
  • Oversee client take-on process to ensure that procedures are followed, and compliance files signed off before business is undertaken
  • Liaise with intermediaries, clients, flag states, auditors, vat and tax advisors as and when required
  • Register yachts and aircraircraftarious jurisdictions
  • Conduct annual reviews of client files in line with our internal policies and procedures together with other ongoing monitoring requirements
  • Attend client meetings as required
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events
  • Oversee junior administrators’ tasks and mentor their performance and development
  • Ad Hoc assignments that may arise from time to time
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a corporate or legal office
  • Have a friendly, open and approachable personality
  • Possess self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with clients, managers, and co-workers
  • Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
  • proactive and hard-working individual with a meticulous approach to work.
  • Knowledge and good use of Microsoft Office applications in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
