MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft and/or update the Company’s policies and procedures

Perform day-to-day desk-based reviews and inspections in accordance with the Compliance Risk Assess and Monitor Program, to evaluate compliance of the Company with its legal and regulatory obligations and the effectiveness of the internal policies and control procedures

Complete monthly and ad-hoc regulatory reporting and non-reporting tasks

Handle client’s complaints and responding to client’s inquiries

Provide assistance and support on compliance/regulatory matters to other business units of the Company

Review and approving marketing content

Perform content reviews of the Company websites

Perform any other ad-hoc compliance-related tasks

Perform regular monitoring to ensure that compliance standards adhere

Conduct compliance monitoring of clients and third parties’ day-to-day operation of the organization

Examine, evaluate, and respond promptly to Client Complaints

Maintain electronic records with CySEC
-
Working knowledge of MiFID II and GDPR
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must
-
At least 3 years’ experience in a previous Compliance role within a CIF company
-
Fluent in English

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

High attention to detail
