On behalf of our client, an innovating Forex Broker company based in Limassol, GRS are seeking to recruit a Senior Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a Compliance role within the Forex industry. Experience with CySEC reporting is important. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drafting and/or updating the Company’s policies and procedures

Performing day-to-day desk-based reviews and inspections in accordance with the Compliance Risk Assessment and Monitoring Program, to evaluate compliance of the Company with its legal and regulatory obligations and the effectiveness of the internal policies and control procedures

Completing monthly and ad-hoc regulatory reporting and non-reporting tasks

Handling client’s complaints and responding to client’s inquiries

Providing assistance and support on compliance/regulatory matters to other business units of the Company

Reviewing and approving marketing content

Performing content reviews of the Company websites

Performing any other ad-hoc compliance-related tasks

Performing regular monitoring to ensure that compliance standards adhere

Conduct compliance monitoring of clients and third parties’ day-to-day operation of the organization

Examining, evaluating, and responding promptly to Client Complaints

Maintaining electronic records with CySEC
-
Working knowledge of MiFID II and GDPR
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Law any other relevant field
-
Holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must
-
At least 3 years of experience in a previous Compliance role within a CIF company
-
Fluent in English is a must

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

High attention to detail
