On behalf of our Client, a well-established Law firm, GRS are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Administrator to join their continuously expanding team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Corporate administrator. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Excellent practical knowledge of corporate procedures and statutory forms/documentation of the Cyprus Registrar of companies including incorporation and liquidation of Cyprus legal entities, compliance procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Preparation, review and execution of various secretarial services/documents of the companies including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates as well as Specific Powers of Attorney etc.
  • Laie with corporate service providers, law firms, government offices, Registry of Corporate Affairs, intermediates, auditors and other interested parties to ensure instructions are performed efficiently and accurately
  • Familiarity with complex multi-jurisdictional structures, trust, foundations
  • Experience with administration of foreign legal entities i.e. UK, Marshall Island, Liberia, compliance procedures and statutory requirements in liaison with foreign agents
  • Execution of daily tasks such as incorporating companies, preparing resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholders, meetings, assisting with changes in the company Memorandum and Articles, preparing and submitting Annual Returns, preparing powers of Attorney.
  • Comply with KYC requirements and keep records in the database
  • Dealing directly with the clients concerning day to day business
  • Opening of the Bank Accounts, with all Major banks in Cyprus and Overseas
  • Assist clients with their banking inquiries
  • Incorporating companies, completion and filling of company forms.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelors degree in Law
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in Greek and English languages
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • High communication and confidentiality skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
