On behalf of our client a Forex Broker in Limassol, GRS are seeking to recruit a Senior Dealer. The successful candidate will have proven experience with at least 3 years in a dealing role and must hold the CySEC Advanced Certificate. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and manage efficiently the Dealing room department of the company

Monitor the company’s MT4 platform

Monitor clients trading activities and exposure

Conduct market analysis and monitor Financial Markets
-
Monitor reception, transmission and execution of client’s orders
-
Reconciling clients’ deposits, balances, bank and merchant accounts
-
Monitor the Company’s Liquidity Providers
-
Prepare various reports for the management and clients
-
Perform various reconciliations with the Platform, CRM and other departments
-
Monitor the implementation of the Company’s Execution and Best Interest Policy
-
Present accurate information and data to clients and management
-
Provide high quality service to clients and to other departments
-
Suggest continues improvement of operational procedures improving the department
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Finance, Economics or any other relevant field
-
At least 3 years of experience in a Dealing role within the FX industry
-
Excellent Knowledge and Understanding of MT4
-
CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must
-
Understanding of best execution policies and procedures according to MiFID II
-
Excellent command of English language both verbal and written
-
Understanding of hedging mechanics
-
Attention to details and procedures
-
A strong character with confidence who is able to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines
