GRS are currently working with a well-established Forex company who are looking to recruit a Senior Dealer to join their team in Limassol offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing foreign exchange trading operations, executing transactions on behalf of the company or its clients, monitoring market trends, and implementing effective strategies to maximize returns while managing risk.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Execute spot, forward, and swap foreign exchange transactions in major and emerging market currencies.

Monitor and analyse global FX markets, economic indicators, geopolitical developments, and central bank policies to inform trading decisions.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with banks, brokers, and liquidity providers.

Manage and optimize FX positions and hedging strategies to minimize exposure to currency risk.

Ensure timely and accurate execution and settlement of trades in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide market intelligence and trading recommendations to internal stakeholders or clients.

Maintain daily trading records, P&L statements, and transaction reports.

Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and Compliance departments to ensure proper controls and reporting standards.

Train and mentor junior dealers and provide guidance on trading strategies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience in FX dealing, preferably in a financial institution or Forex brokerage.

Strong understanding of FX markets, instruments, and trading platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.

Familiarity with trading systems

Fluent in English
