A dynamic online marketing company are working with GRS to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst to join their expanding team in Limassol, Cyprus. We are seeking a responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with strong business acumen and multi-tasking abilities. The successful candidate will be a qualified Finance professional with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualified experience, and a high fluency in English. The prime location of their Limassol office and rewarding culture makes this a great opportunity to join this growing international company as a Senior Financial Analyst.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Business Support & reporting - providing senior management the analysis required for decision making which includes modelling, preparation of Management accounts and ad-hoc business analysis.
  • Budgeting and forecasting – owning and supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes with 3 statement models
  • Finance systems – driving continuous improvement and standardisation of process which can be automated to enhance quality of reporting and business insights.
  • Reporting – Ensure the month-end is executed on time and to the quality expected by senior management with valuable business insights on performance and operational excellence.
  • Budgeting – involvement with the annual budget process providing analysis and support to the FP&A Manager. 
  • Forecasting – supporting the FP&A Manager with the three-year model and rolling 12 months forecast for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
  • KPIs – supporting the FP&A Manager with the reporting of the KPIs to measure performance and track progress against the corporate strategy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA) desired.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualified experience.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience of full P&L reporting and working with balance sheet and cash flow.
  • Confident in managing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
  • Highly organised and meticulous person.
  • A service-oriented team player.
  • Very strong analytical capabilities preferably with experience of BI tools.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and data.
  • Fast learner and tech-savvy.
  • Technology experience is desired.
