An international product distribution company utilising innovative technology, and forward-thinking services, are working with GRS to recruit a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for their Limassol offices. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an FP&A role. This is a strategic role, leading the FP&A function across the group and providing actionable financial insights to support executive and Board-level decision-making. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior FP&A Manager will oversee all financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and scenario modelling. The role involves collaborating across finance, IT, and business functions to drive digital transformation, enhance reporting processes, and support strategic business initiatives.

Lead the FP&A function, including annual budgets, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.

Develop and maintain financial models to support investment appraisals, business cases, and scenario planning.

Provide actionable insights to executive leadership and the Board, supporting strategic decision-making.

Partner with country managers and budget owners to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely financial planning.

Drive digital transformation initiatives, including dashboards, automation, and data visualization.

Collaborate with Controlling, Treasury, and IT/Data Warehouse teams to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional qualification preferred: ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CFA.

5+ years of FP&A experience in a multi-entity or international environment.

Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken).

Strong analytical, reporting, and financial modeling skills.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
