The successful candidate needs to have a hands-on experience on A-Z HR duties including recruitment, administration and immigration processes. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the recruiting process from A-Z and liaise with hiring managers

Responsible for third-country nationals visa procedures
-
Assisting in the preparation of the monthly payroll
-
Developing, revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures
-
Organizing the Company’s events and engage employees
-
Monitoring and managing employee morale and the Company’s culture
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 2 years’ experience in HR field preferably in the Financial Industry
-
Excellent command of the English language
-
In-depth knowledge of labor Law and HR practices
-
Great interpersonal and communication skills
