Our esteemed client, a reputable firm based in Larnaca, is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join the team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Investment Analysis & Underwriting: Evaluate investment opportunities, returns, key assumptions, risks, and value-creation potential.

Financial Modelling: Build and review financial models, DCFs, cash-flow forecasts and sensitivity/scenario analyses.

Transaction Execution & Due Diligence: Support acquisitions, disposals, and other transactions from initial assessment through due diligence and closing.

Investment Committee Support: Prepare investment papers and presentations with clear analysis, risks, and recommendations for senior management.

Valuation Analysis: Coordinate with external valuators for the annual valuations, review property valuations, challenge key assumptions and analyze valuation movements.

Financing Analysis: Assess financing alternatives and their impact on investment returns, leverage, and liquidity.

Reporting: Prepare clear and concise financial analyses and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

5 plus years of experience in a similar position
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.

Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, ACA or RICS would be considered an advantage

Fluent English (written and spoken)
SALARY AND BENEFITS

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
