Our esteemed client, a reputable firm based in Larnaca, is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a background in Wealth and Fund Management to join a reputable organisation that values integrity, efficiency, and client-focused service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting investment decisions and advancing the company’s wealth management strategies.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Investment Analysis & Underwriting: Evaluate investment opportunities, returns, key assumptions, risks, and value-creation potential.
  • Financial Modelling: Build and review financial models, DCFs, cash-flow forecasts and sensitivity/scenario analyses.
  • Transaction Execution & Due Diligence: Support acquisitions, disposals, and other transactions from initial assessment through due diligence and closing.
  • Investment Committee Support: Prepare investment papers and presentations with clear analysis, risks, and recommendations for senior management.
  • Valuation Analysis: Coordinate with external valuators for the annual valuations, review property valuations, challenge key assumptions and analyze valuation movements.
  • Financing Analysis: Assess financing alternatives and their impact on investment returns, leverage, and liquidity.
  • Reporting: Prepare clear and concise financial analyses and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 5 plus years of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, ACA or RICS would be considered an advantage
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
  • 13th salary.
  • Provident Fund after probation.
  • Discretionary bonus based on performance.
  • Flexible Working Hours starting from 08:00-09:00 until 17:00-18:00.
