A global leader in security analytics software who are working with international government and enterprise organizations are working with GRS to recruit a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team.  The successful candidate must have previous experience in IT recruitment for at least 4 years’ and must be fluent in Bulgarian as they will be working and overseeing the team of Talent Acquisition Partners in Sofia, Bulgaria.  If you are looking for a challenging opportunity to join a well-established company with an international presence on an initial 1-year fixed term contract with the possibility of extension, GRS are looking forward to receiving your application for this Senior IT Talent Acquisition Partner role.
 
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and expectations
  • Create recruitment strategies to fill vacant positions
  • Coordinate and lead recruitment strategies for vacancies including critical, hard-to-fill positions
  • Work with HR and hiring managers to develop concise, accurate job postings, critical success factors for positions, and compelling job profiles
  • Source candidates effectively using internal advertising, LinkedIn, databases, job boards, advertisements, social media, networking, and other advertising strategies
  • Screen, interview, and recommend internal/external candidates for all job levels including professional, management, technical and faculty positions
  • Coach and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the search and selection process, including how to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process, participating in screening resumes and applications, scheduling interviews, making candidate selections, and initiating the offer and onboarding process
  • Advise management on recruitment and procedures, and best strategies for filling vacancies
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resources
  • At least 4 years’ experience as a talent acquisition expert or similar role
  • Proven experience in technology recruitment - including cyber and analytics recruitment
  • Proven experience in social media, headhunting, Boolean search etc.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting including various interview techniques
  • Fluency in Bulgarian both verbal and written is a must
  • High-level English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Excellent communication skills
