GRS Recruitment are working with a boutique law practise who offer tailor made solutions and a personalised service to their clients focusing on corporate and commercial matters as well as immigration and real estate. For their growing Limassol team, they are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Lawyer. The successful candidate will be directly engaged with clients, participate in corporate brainstorming on finding solutions to clients matters and further advance their knowledge in the sector, you must therefore have practical corporate law experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Incorporate Cyprus Companies and other jurisdictions and ensuing procedures to set-up and maintain client’s files.

Communicate to clients all information related to their Company registration: corresponding requests, issues, updates, changes to Company structure, etc.

Handle all documentation, get signatures, get approvals, send scanned copies and original documents, for specific clients that are assigned by the Directors of the Company.

Conducting due diligence on clients.

Applying compliance and AML regulations.

Review KYC when instructed.

Maintain on file all Companies’ documents and keep these up to date, in both soft and hard copy.

Liaising with various government departments and bank organisations.

Liaising with clients via emails, telephone, face-to-face meetings and skype calls.

Drafting of supporting documents.

Drafting of sale purchase and assignment agreements.

Facilitate the land registry department process on behalf of client.

Involved with immigration legislation and various procedural matters in this area.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University Degree in Law.
-
3 years’ experience in law firm, corporate service provider or construction company.

Strong skills in drafting agreements for real estate transactions, loan agreements, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreement, joint ventures etc.

Experience in incorporation of companies, resolutions, AGM, EGM, transfer of shares, change of directors, change of secretary etc.

Good communication skills with colleagues, government authorities, clients etc.

Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines.

Fluency in Greek & English languages. Russian language will be considered highly advantageous.

Creative and willing to develop.

Work visa or EU passport.
