Reporting to the Director, this position involves creating and maintaining long term client relationships, generating leads through professional networking and introducing new clients to the wider array of service lines offered by the company. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in strategic planning sessions with the company’s management body to identify business opportunities and develop plans for growth of the department.

Develop and execute business strategies aimed at promoting the company’s service lines.

Manage financial budgets and implement budget plans.
-
Take on an active leadership role to structure and further develop the department.
-
Oversee and present proposals to prospective clients.
-
Provide technical expertise and ensure that the department becomes a leader in the development of corporate administration.
-
Set, monitor and achieve key performance targets for the department.

Oversee employee performance, conduct evaluations and ensure employee productivity.
-
Support and work closely with other entities within the company to ensure a seamless flow of information and work practices.

Collaborate and coordinate with the department’s MLRO and Compliance Officer, to ensure that all regulatory requirements are being met.

Monitor local and international legislative developments related to the corporate services sector and strategically implement changes that will benefit the growth of the organization.

Guide and mentor members, assistant managers and managers of the team, in their roles.

Review and investigate any complaints received from clients or other stakeholders.

Establish professional relations with various stakeholders including the Malta Business Registry and banking institutions.

Apply the core principles and practices of good corporate governance to ensure the highest integrity corporate success and economic growth.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A university degree or equivalent qualification in a related area.

Experience: At least 8 years’ experience in a corporate services role.

At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role.

Key Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent command of the English language.
