Our client like to think of themselves as a bridge connecting you with global financial markets. They are a regulated, well-established online brokerage firm facilitating access to premium investment opportunities and varied financial instruments – namely commodities, stocks, indices, ETFs, currencies, and cryptocurrencies offered via MetaTrader4 and MetaTrader5. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Track the market news and corporate events and determine the implementations on the clients’ accounts accordingly.
  • Tracking and monitoring liquidity provided instrument specifications, margin changes, transactions, announcements, financing, and fee costs, among other relevant factors.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Manager, TSE and Customer Service departments in VIP and customize and accounts setup and operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Maintaining deal recording and P&L daily.
  • Prepare hedging strategy for A, and C book clients and Net volume.
  • Monitoring clients' transactions and activities and examining their behaviors using Risk Management software, while efficiently analyzing and leveraging data for comprehensive insights.
  • Resolving customer service inquiries and addressing client complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Conducting follow-ups and audits with junior team members regarding withdrawal requests, leverage, and swaps.
  • Evaluating clients and assigning them based on their trading activities as either A-book, B-book, or suspicious.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, or relevant major. Any certificates related in Economic, Finance, Technical and Fundamental Analysis will be considered highly advantageous
  • 3-7 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent Spoken and written English Language
  • Excellent in using Excel
  • Very good Financial Markets Knowledge
  • Strong Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Ability to work within shifts that cover 24 hours
  • Working Hours for the shifts: Shift (A) 7:00am – 3:30pm, Shift (B) 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Shift (C) 11:00pm – 7:00am
  • These shifts are changed and shared every month and our Client make sure that each employee doesn’t do a *C* shift more than once a month.
