GRS Recruitment are searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to join this established team based in the heart of Limassol. The Senior Marketing Manager will be the main point of contact for a key client, responsible for overseeing all marketing activities to ensure their branding, account management, design, PR, and content needs are fulfilled. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Act as the primary liaison between the client and the agency.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

Gain a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and marketing requirements.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects.

Coordinate with internal teams (branding, design, PR, content) to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

Regularly review and optimize projects to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Partner with the client to develop and implement tailored marketing strategies.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategic decisions.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the client's marketing efforts.

Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all client materials.

Oversee the creation and approval of design assets.

Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.

Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various channels (web, social media, print).

Manage PR activities, including press releases and media relations.

Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand and marketing objectives.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide regular updates to the client on project progress and results.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and effectiveness of all projects.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or the equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Solid and extensive experience in marketing, with a strong background in the fintech industry.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.

Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering impactful marketing projects.

In-depth knowledge of branding, design, PR, and content creation.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
