An international gaming company is looking for an Onboarding Product Manager to join their team in Malta on a remote basis. You will report to the Product Director and be part of a cross-functional team working to onboard our customers quickly and successfully, whilst ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ product management experience, with a focus on onboarding, payments, and compliance in the fintech or related industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Be accountable for value and viability and define what success looks like for your product area.

Lead on product discovery, utilizing data and customer feedback to identify key opportunities to inform product improvements.

Work in a cross-functional product team to solve customer and business problems.

Contribute to product strategy and work with your manager to set clear goals using the OKR framework.

Work closely with product designers, engineers, and analysts to deliver solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible.

Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

Use data and logic to influence teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives.

Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end from ideation to launch, ensuring the success of the product thereafter.

Craft product roadmaps and communicate timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Coordinate and plan product releases with marketing, commercial, and customer support teams to ensure a successful launch.

Form a deep understanding of the product and its key competitors, keeping up to date with industry trends.

Develop a strong grasp of business, its constraints, and the regulatory landscape.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 5 years’ product management experience, with a focus on onboarding, payments, and compliance in the fintech or related industry.

Previous experience working on onboarding, payments, and KYC/AML products in the iGaming space or related industry.

Understanding of AML/KYC regulations, with experience implementing related solutions.

Strong technical background with knowledge of third-party API integrations and payment processing systems.

Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Taken accountability for achieving results, not just shipping products.

Passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach to product development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.

Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
