MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing the application of compliance to quality specifications of the daily operations and maintenance of facilities system.

Applying advanced problem solving and analytical techniques including statistical and modelling methodology.

Delivering scope of work, timescales, materials, and quality levels.

Defining the projects budgets to provide high-quality, low-cost support to the site facilities plant.

Initiating and instigating cost reduction initiatives
-
Ensuring that FMEA, OCAPs, recovery plans, cost models, operating procedures, certification documents, and all procedures in responsibility are maintained up to date.

Ensuring that both short- and long-term goals to be met.

Applying effective time and resource management for activities in the area of responsibility

Designing enhancements to existing Facilities systems and improving reliability and quality of key parameters.

Maintaining all necessary tracking and system reporting.

Preparing costing reports for the department`s systems for management budget review

Ensuring correct operations of new systems or upgrades within the area of responsibility whilst delivering the necessary training and needed.

Participating to internal and external audits when necessary.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Hold a Bachelor`s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, chemical, environmental) or related science / engineering field plus a minimum of 5 years experience.

Possess advanced knowledge, enabling maintenance of area specifications, fmeas, control plans, OCAPS and schematics.

Good experience with Facilities systems such as chemical, DI water, WWT, scrubbers and process gases.

Able to liaise with all organizations (Factory maintenance and other support functions) Effectively and in a timely manner.

Able to organize and manage contractors.

Have extensive knowledge of Value Engineering principals.

Hold a Master degree of education in a related field shall be considered as an asset.
