This is a permanent position ideal for individuals with a strong background in product management within the Forex or Fintech sectors. Our client is an FX firm company that values innovation and is dedicated to enhancing user experience and market offerings. The Senior Product Owner plays a pivotal role in the development and management of our client's product portfolio. Reporting directly to the Product Manager, this role focuses on driving product strategy, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market demands and regulatory standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap, aligning with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and product teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Ensure product compliance with industry regulations and collaborate with risk teams to mitigate potential risks
- Lead the team of Product Owners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
- Use analytics and customer feedback to guide product decisions and prioritize improvements
- Ensure products meet customer needs and drive customer satisfaction through regular feedback mechanisms
- Drive initiatives to automate processes, enhance scalability, and maintain a competitive edge
- Partner and communicate with multiple departments and stakeholders to collect business requirements, prepare product
- Any other duties relevant to the role
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Business Administration or any other field

4+ years experience in a relevant role within FX

Fluent in English (both oral and written)

Computer Literate
-
Knowledge of B.I and Data Visualization Tools will be an advantage
