On behalf of our Client, a fast innovative Startup specializing in data management, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Senior QA Automation Engineer to be based in Limassol (Hybrid working model). MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure product quality and reliability.

Develop and maintain automated test suites for backend services, APIs, and front-end applications.

Work closely with developers and product managers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.

Build robust frameworks for regression, integration, and performance testing.

Work closely within the R&D team to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality coverage.

Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and drive defect resolution.

Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and automation coverage.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
3–5+ years of experience in QA with a focus on test automation.

Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test development.

Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, PyTest).

Solid knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, or similar).

Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

Strong background in test planning, documentation, and strategy design.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
