GRS Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Paphos to recruit a Senior Real Estate Lawyer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional with a strong background in Cyprus property law to join a growing Real Estate Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee a wide range of real estate transactions

Draft, review, negotiate and advise on sale and purchase agreements

Conduct legal due diligence on property transactions and provide practical legal advice to clients.

Handle conveyancing procedures and liaise with the Department of Lands and Surveys and other relevant government authorities.

Advise local and international clients on all aspects of Cyprus real estate and property law.

Represent clients in meetings and coordinate with banks, developers, government authorities
-
Mentor and support junior members of the legal team.

Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory developments affecting the Cyprus real estate sector.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Law degree from a recognised university.

Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience, with significant exposure to Cyprus real estate and property law.

Strong knowledge of Cyprus conveyancing procedures and property legislation.

Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and work effectively within deadlines.

Excellent command of both Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Commercially minded with a professional, client-focused approach.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€24,000 - €36,000 Gross Per Annum
