On behalf of our Client, a leading provider of online foreign exchange and CFD trading, spread betting and related services, GRS are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Regulatory Compliance Associate for their team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of the EU regulatory framework. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis of incoming regulations and support implementation

Draft written policies and procedures

Conduct gap analysis of policies and procedures and assist with the remediation of noted deficiencies

Issue high level compliance memos

Provide compliance advice and solutions for various business projects

Produce risk assessments of regulatory developments and business initiatives

CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University graduate in Law, Accounting, Business or related field
-
3-5 years of compliance or related legal experience
-
Ability to work with the business and build smooth working relationships

Analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

Excellent organisational skills and ability to and meet strict deadlines
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Fluency in English both written and verbal
-
Ability to prioritise in a fast moving, constantly changing environment
