A global communication technology solutions provider which specializes in international mobile messaging is looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team in Malta. You will work closely with the sales team, champion the products of the Company and will be responsible for developing marketing and sales strategies and help drive company sales. The ideal candidate will a degree in either Marketing, Business Administration, or related qualification and have at least 3 years’ experience in a sales & marketing role.   • Develop an overall sales and marketing strategy by identifying target customers, selecting marketing tools, positioning, and setting specific objectives.
  • Champion our products and work closely with the Sales team to ensure the effectiveness of the sales and marketing approach implemented, find ways to sell in any market, and provide suggestions for improvements when required.
  • Research different client bases and set up and execute a lead generation strategy based on identified target audiences.
  • Ensure that product knowledge is readily available to other sales employees through various internal resources.
  • Analyse competition and targeted markets to build successful strategies and to ensure that the business remains competitive in terms of sales, acquisitions and retention.
  • Analysing and optimizing sales and marketing strategies and client feedback to increase competitiveness, enhance performance and deliver the best possible results for the business.
  • Establish and monitor the marketing budget allocation and distribution.
  • Handle all sales and marketing programs and campaigns from start to finish.
  • Keep abreast with the latest best practices in sales and marketing, business development and account management.
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
  • Manage the company's digital platforms, including websites and other social media channels.
  • Manage and deliver any sales and marketing-related tasks that are requested by the CEO, the management or the board, and ensure they are executed within agreed timeframes.
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events where required.
  • Any other tasks as requested by the management from time to time.
  • A passion for sales and marketing.
  • Preferably a degree in either Marketing, Business Administration, or related qualification.
  • Three (3) years working experience in a sales and marketing role or a similar position.
  • A track record of success in the field of sales and marketing.
  • Strong marketing, sales, business acumen and project management skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various contemporary sales and marketing tactics.
  • Proficiency in Computer literacy including Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Result-driven and organised individual.
  • Analytical and must have a keen eye for detail.
  • High level of communication skills and teamwork.
  • Ability to assume responsibility and identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, work effectively, and adapt to ever-changing technologies.
  • Ability to translate data insights into sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to lead, inspire and motivate other team members during stressful times.
  • Exceptional people skills and ability to work in a team environment.
