Collaborate with network and sales staff to ensure a smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.

Work with executive team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.

Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.

Fine tune the effectiveness and efficiency of existing Company and customer systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.

Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

The installation, deployment, administration, maintenance, monitor, operation, and backups of:

Servers and systems onsite and on cloud.

Azure and Microsoft 365.

Storage infrastructure, onsite and on cloud.

DNS Configurations.

VMWare and Hyper-V installation, maintenance, administration.

Microsoft Exchange, Hosted Exchange, Microsoft 365 hybrid.

Active Directory, servers and system, hardware, software, operating system (Linux/Windows), network and monitoring tools, onsite and on cloud.

Active Directory, File Server DNS Configurations.

Microsoft Exchange, Hosted Exchange, Microsoft 365 hybrid.

Monitor health, performance, and security of systems infrastructure, onsite and on cloud.

Ensure system connectivity of servers, shared software, and other applications.

Troubleshooting system issues, onsite and on cloud.

Documentation of own deployments.

Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.

Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as requested for work done.

BSc in Computer Science, MIS, Electronics/Computer Engineering

Minimum 4 years previous experience in IT infrastructure System Engineering position

Technical Certifications will be a plus.

Proven experience in design and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.

Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.

Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
