A global software development company with offices in Europe, LATAM, and Oceania, is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Senior Test Analyst to help elevate the company’s testing function and ensure high-quality product delivery. This role blends leadership, test strategy, and hands-on testing execution. You will lead QA operations, shape test strategies, mentor junior team members, and oversee resourcing and delivery of testing projects. Collaboration with both internal teams and clients is central to this role, especially around user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback loops that drive continuous improvement. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead QA operational delivery and ensure alignment with quality expectations.
  • Manage and contribute to test planning, estimation, and scoping activities.
  • Conduct requirement analysis to ensure they address client business needs.
  • Plan, maintain, and execute test scenarios and activities in accordance with established processes.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements through to test cases and defect resolution.
  • Produce clear, actionable defect reports and contribute to status updates and stakeholder reporting.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the testing lifecycle, offering practical solutions.
  • Assess, refine, and enhance testing processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Provide feedback and solutions that increase overall software quality.
  • Mentor junior team members and support team-building efforts.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for clients, including training, communication, and issue resolution.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience leading testing efforts and delivering QA outcomes across software projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to interpret requirements and ensure test coverage aligns with business goals.
  • Skilled in creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
  • Effective communicator, capable of managing stakeholder expectations and providing clear reporting.
  • Experience overseeing test resources and work allocation within delivery teams.
  • A collaborative mindset, committed to mentoring and supporting team growth.
  • Flexible and adaptable under time constraints, with a strong delivery focus.
