Our client, an international fintech and IT infrastructure company providing the backend technology, servers, and cloud solutions to brokers, prop firms, and financial institutions, is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer on a remote basis. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design intuitive web and mobile experiences from concept to delivery.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces.
- Translate business needs into user-focused design solutions.
- Partner with product, development, and marketing teams to deliver engaging digital experiences.
- Conduct user research and validate designs through testing and feedback.
- Produce visuals, dashboards, and infographics that communicate information clearly.
- Maintain design consistency across products while evolving the design system.
- Stay current with UX/UI trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
- Portfolio showcasing modern digital products and end-to-end design work.
- Experience in Agile environments is preferred.
- Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, AI-powered design tools, or financial services.
- Previous experience in the web hosting or trading industry is essential.

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator are an advantage).
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €40,000 - €60,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
